We use to love going to Modern Paws and having Oliver groomed by Christy she was excellent and patient… Meghan however is quite the opposite she is very impatient and does not understand different doggy personalities! Ever since Christy left Meghan’s like an over worked teacher! Her students have to be perfect… Well she just cancelled my puppy’s next 3 appointments and said find someone else until we can get a second groomer! How rude if I did that they would charge my card for a cancellation fee!

LOL Oliver does not bite… Like I said Meghan is the one that was unable to groom Oliver… Christy groomed him for over a year and never complained… Now she is gone and so is Oliver! Maybe just maybe it’s your groomer? Btw, my teenage daughter would drop and do pick up is that who you had conversations with? Bottom line no one gave us any clue that Oliver was misbehaving! And if you are such a high profile business you would have never groomed him for over a year… Still had I canceled on you! Modern Paws would have billed my credit card $30 for each canceled appointment We have already found another groomer that does a better job and instead of dreading going there he is actually happy! The Modern Paws carries the best quality products, delivers to your door (so great!) and often includes an extra treat for my pups with delivery! Not only that - they are conscientious of the fact that one of my dogs has a chicken allergy and make sure that everything I order is chicken free. I once got a call about an online order asking me if I was sure I wanted a specific bone because it was wrapped in chicken! Who does that?! I had made a mistake and so grateful for the call. But, the most amazing thing happened yesterday - Ben was stopping by with a delivery, I wasn't home and my phone rang. Ben asked me if I had intended to leave one of my dogs outside in the public courtyard! It was NOT intentional and my heart was racing...I had been away for over an hour and returned as fast as possible. Ben had waited to make sure my pup would be OK! That, my friends, is the most amazing customer service anywhere! I already loved the place, but now I'm indebted! Thank you Ben - Thank you The Modern Paws!...
Read moreWe found Modern Paws while researching high quality cat food options for our kitty with allergies. The store has a variety of options from special dietary needs to raw, and frozen. We are happy to support a local business, but what impressed us most was the knowledge and support of the staff, particularly Lisa. Our cat is being picky, but she is a fount of knowledge and suggestions and has taken the time to explain various options and strategies to get kitty to accept a new regime. We will definitely be working with Modern paws to find the best solution for our Phantom and will go through them for our supplies. So glad we found this place!
UPDATE: Our cat rejected the Answers turkey, so we asked if they had any samples we could try. Lisa put aside a couple of things and when we went in, Ryan listened to our concerns and even added a couple of Small Batch frozen chicken nuggets and Phantom LOVES them!
