I arrived at 8:02am, the doors were open but no one was inside. Two guys who I had just seen standing in front of the 2nd entrance to the shop walked in, as I think they mustâve seen me walk in. He got behind the counter and asked me what Iâd like to order. All 3 TV screens above the cash register were turned off, Iâm assuming they usually would show the menu of items, so he handed me a to-go menu. There were cardboard boxes on the countertop; it just seemed like they werenât ready to be open. He took my order for the PB&J shake which was $10.75 but with tip it was $12.36. About 2 minutes later a woman who works there walks in and the guy tells her he took my order and told her how to make it. She said something to him about him making the shake and he said something about he was trying to help her out. So I guess no one was making the shake while I was waiting. She sat her Starbucks food down on the front counter; I wouldâve thought it should go where customers wouldnât see it, and immediately got to making the shake, while the two guys went to the âkitchenâ side of the store⊠I think their job must be to put the food together, not deal with the shakes. The woman handed me the shake when she was done. There was no apology for being late or anything. It wasnât the best experience and wish I wouldnât have tipped at all. Beyond that, the shake does not taste like PB&J, it has more of the fake sugar taste to it. I would not go back...

I asked for a small side of teriyaki and was given hesitation and a look as if I was asking for something major. Sauce was given but felt a little uncomfortable.
Order number was shouted in an impatient tone by the owner, we were in a booth with an infant and toddler, takes a minute to do the musical chairs and get out of seat to be able to retrieve food. We were basically only ones there, didnât see the need to be rushed to grab food. Second offense of feeling uncomfortable.
I also wasnât aware it was clean every dish after yourself kind of place (whoops my apologies) but the way the owner came up to me to put my bowl in the correct place felt like micromanagement and zero hospitality. Third offense of feeling uncomfortable.
Spent $30 between food and a matcha latte, rather make at home and be in a...
Read moreI am a delivery driver and went there to pick up an order around 6:45pm on May 4th. Apparently the order had gone out already with another driver. The lady that was talking to me (appeared to be an assistant manager or manager). I asked her if she confirmed that the driver that picked up the order with the name of the customer I had on my Uber Eats app was the same name. She couldn't confirm it. I asked politely if she could remake the order so I can deliver it to the customer as the customer had been waiting for almost an hour for her order. She said no. I understand that the value of the meals and guidelines vary from restaurant to restaurant and if we could keep the customer happy, why not just remake it? She said they were about to close (they still had about 10 minutes to close). Anyways...I spoke with the customer and she was pretty disappointed and frustrated and felt that could've been easily avoided by simply remaking an order and keeping the delivery driver working and the customer happy. Instead the outcome was...
