My one star review is for the greed of the city developers and government not the historical meaningful property.
Can't believe what the city is doing with their greed. This property first and foremost belongs to Tampa's Black Community. Now all these decades it gets in further disarray the city could have fixed it then and now they'd wish to demolish it to make way for more ultra luxury apartments.
The city of tampa truly does not care building Black centric areas and zones on the bones of their descendants screams volumes.
If this house gets demolished it should become a safe zone for the Black Community a community park or garden in the honor of Tampa's Black History.
As an Arab and Pakistani I stand with them so much knowing what these people endured you can't erase history you can't erase the suffering you can move forward but you can't erase the past....
