Meg and Dev are incredible at what they do!! They challenge you and push you physically and mentally, playing to your strengths but also encouraging you to go out of your comfort zone. Every session I had with them, I came away feeling confident and accomplished (and sweaty, duh). Their workouts are engaging and fun too! I got to try new things that I would have never done otherwise because I was either too embarrassed or too inexperienced to do them on my own. They both have a plethora of fitness and nutrition knowledge, and their skills and energy just compliment each other so well. You really feel like you’re more than just a client to them because you are. Training with Meg and Dev, I experienced a huge transformation in my life not just physically but spiritually too. They helped me learn how to appreciate my body for more than how it looks. I learned to respect my body and mind for the great things I can do with them. I also found that my relationship with food improved with their direction and their positive attitudes towards enjoying yourself while still meeting your nutritional/fitness goals, which was incredible for me, having a history of disordered eating. I am not a typical gym person or body but I have never once been made to feel anything less than awesome when I train with them. I started in their community class over a year ago and now train with them 3 times a week in addition to that class. It was time for me to start investing in myself and these two have been the best part of that investment. I have seen not only my strength and physical wellness increase but these two give me 3 hours a week to just focus on movement and nothing else which is the true gift. They cater each plan to their clients to make sure their goals are being met. However, not once has that goal needed to include a number on a scale which was HUGE for me. Meg & Devin are top of the tier personal trainers; but more so than that, they take the time to invest in you both in and out of the gym, truly becoming your friends. They both bring different strengths to the table in turn making such an epic team dynamic. Devin is so mindful and aware of form and is very intent in watching your progress and bringing in creative and dynamic movements that’ll amplify the strength you already have and build from there.
