I have been getting acrylic nails for about 30 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. The quality of their work is extremely poor and they do not take responsibility to fix their mess. My nails chipped within a couple of hours of getting them done and instead of trying to come up with a solution to fix them, they blamed the previous salon where I got them done before. They suggested for me to get a brand new set and offered a very generous 10% off! I had just paid them $45 for a fill two days before plus a $10 tip. Had they mentioned it or recommended a new set at that moment, I would have done it, but no suggestion was made. Very sadly, they treated me as if I was doing something wrong or as if I was trying to scam them! They started to speak amongst themselves about me in front of other customers. It was very uncomfortable! They belittled me in front of three other customers who were checking out. I was not trying to get anything for free! I am so sad and disappointed with this horrible experience. I regularly go get my nails done and a pedicure as a form of self care for my mental and physical health however, this experience was extremely heart breaking. The woman that was trying to help me raised her voice at me in front of other customers and employees, and on my way out, she had the audacity to tell me to get out and sarcastically said aloud (in front of customers and other employees) “good luck honey!” Another male employee escorted me out to the front door, held it open and told me to leave as if I was a criminal! I have been going here on and off for about two years or more. When this nail tech named Ashley worked there she was AMAZING and so good with her craft. Ashley is a true artist, a perfectionist. She was also super efficient with time and didn't file off my cuticles and make me bleed. The guy that is always up front and the other nail technicians I have had issues now twice with them. A couple of their gel colors they feature are not the appropriate match with the number so one nail into it, and one coat into it. Con two separate occasions I said this isn't 413 Flamingo pink again, and of course all of them are of course convincing me "oh yeah, oh yeah, your nail look good after top coat shine". Every time... I state change it to Summer fun hot pink and they don't. Then they charge me and the guy tells me he's sorry then I left this last time so frustrated and called, he told me to come back as I asked him to improvise the top coat with a brighter color. He knows I am dissatisfied and dims the lights and says, " oh yeah flamingo pink". And I reply yes with your gold lights. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this place, as I thought I had found my new go-to. I went here for a gel fill for my birthday nails - and they were beautiful, but I had two nails break within 48 hours. I got them done the night before leaving for my trip, and decided to call the owner as soon as my nails broke so that they knew I was not asking them to fix week+ old nails that broke for free when I did return from my trip on Wednesday. The owner asked me to text him a picture of my nails, asked the nail tech, and proceeded to argue with me back and forth about how it was not their responsibility to fix the nails for free because his nail tech "said that she did nothing wrong" (after already saying that they would take care of it the day prior) and "only have a warranty if you get a full set, not fills". I now have broken nails for my birthday tomorrow and will be paying for a full set elsewhere as soon as I return. Frankly, this place does semi-good work if you are okay with nails that don't have longevity. The customer service is poor and they care more about making a quick buck than retaining long term...
