Terrible customer service. Went in today for the 3rd time. The first 2x were fine, I was well taken care of, even tho I used a Groupon both times before today. This time when I tried to use a Groupon, on Groupon there's no limit on how many coupons u can purchase from this vendor, I was told I couldn't use it. The girls exact words were, 'oh yea u can only use that 1 time, I've saw u use 1 before'. I said, 'that's funny , I just used a 2nd 1 just the other day when u weren't here n the guy didn't say anything'. She said, ' im just tellin u that I'm goin to get in trouble but I'll do it anyway'. So I was a lil confused, either I can or I can't use it?. Whether she gets in trouble or not is none of my concern, in fact good customer service should've stopped her from sayin anything like that to a customer. So my drinks were made n as I'm about to step away from the counter she says to another girl that was workin that a different customer tried to say bye as she was leaving. The other girl says to her, 'I would never say bye to her, I don't even talk to her', right in front of me, a paying customer. Another big customer service no no, never talk bad about a customer, in front of another customer. I would hate to hear what they mightve said about me after I left, if u kno what I mean? Update:just put an update on a review on yelp. Go there n check it out Another update:at least in this response he addressed the terrible customer service. But still tried to make an excuse for it. Once again, terrible customer service. But on yelp he didn't even address the terrible customer service. Only about how he lost business on my visits. There is a way for businesses to limit how many groupons u can purchase. It's not my 1 star reviews that will hurt his business, but his terrible customer service training that he gives to...

I recently tried The Buzzed Goat coffee, and I have to say, I am incredibly disappointed. The coffee had a bland, unremarkable taste – far from the rich, full flavor I was hoping for. It was weak, with no depth or balance to it. Given the positive reviews, I had high hopes, but unfortunately, the coffee did not deliver.

To make matters worse, I reached out to the company to express my dissatisfaction and was met with a lack of response. It’s frustrating when you take the time to contact a brand with concerns, only to be ignored. Poor taste aside, their customer service (or lack thereof) has made this experience even worse.

I won’t be purchasing from The Buzzed Goat coffee again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a quality...

The Buzzed Goat in Tempe is AMAZING! This coffee shop (soon to be bar) has a small-town feel with friendly baristas and an outstanding owner, Gabe. Their coffee is incredible - my fave is the Café Mojito, must-try! The food is also top-notch, from croissants to burritos and wings. I love their merchandise, too! What sets them apart is their own brewed coffee for sale to take home. It's a great spot for meetings, remote work, or hanging out with friends to catch sports games on their many TVs. They even host food trucks occasionally! With outdoor seating and a fun vibe, The Buzzed Goat is a must-visit in Tempe.
