Came here a lot in high school and recently came back as they carry the digimon tcg which is pretty elusive. Was hyped on the release of the new set but have been really frustrated at the communication. Day before the prerelease I called and was told they would post product quantity and pricing before the store opened on prerelease day. Waited all morning and didn’t see anything and ended up missing out because I didn’t want to chance driving twenty minutes in cases prices were too high. A week later and I call on the morning of the set release and was told they had plenty of product. I asked if they’d sell out by 1 pm when I’d be available to come by at lunch and was told no way, that product would last till at least 5 pm. Made my way over and was again let down but was told I should’ve reserved a box. This wasn’t made clear before, and I don’t understand why I wasn’t asked if I wanted to reserve a purchase on the phone if I already made it clear I was anxious about the limited stock. Many stores don’t allow you to reserve hard to find tcg so I figured it was the same here. Really seems like you need to be one of their daily recurring customers to be in the loop, was told “sorry man” and nothing else. Definitely sticking to buying singles online or chancing...

Went into the shop looking to spend around $1,000-$1,200 on some baseball and basketball hobby boxes. I asked about a specific baseball hobby box, but they had just just sold the last few boxes. I completely understood.
When I asked about the price on one of the basketball hobby boxes I was serious about purchasing, I was told, in a very matter of fact way, that "Our prices are non-negotiable." Had he left it at that, I would have understood and probably made the purchase anyway. However, he then proceeded to tell me that, if I didn't want to pay his inflated price, "One of the next people to come in would pay it." He went on to say, "Been in business for 35 years doing it like this.", as he arrogantly shrugged his shoulders and smirked.
If this is the way you chose to operate your business, more power to you. I will happily take my business elsewhere, as well as let everyone I deal with know what your attitude to your customers is all about.
Do yourself a favor and find a different card shop...
Read moreA friend recommended me to this store and I’ve heard good things, so I decided to try and check it out. Safe to say, I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back soon!
The store is excellently decorated on the outside and the inside looks even better! I was greeted warmly as I stepped in by both the staff and excellent design of the store. The store had an amazing variety of products ranging from one piece to Gundum and Magic.
The store had a lively atmosphere and I could see the staff was working hard to make sure all the customers were taken care of. Even though it was a bit busy, both the owner, Peter and his employee Tron made every effort to answer any questions I had and even helped find the products I was looking for. Tron really knew his stuff and had no trouble providing me with detailed answers regarding printings and products.
Peter was a pleasure to talk to and also clearly explained how the store works along with introducing me to their weekly tournaments.
I left very happy with my purchases and will definitely be coming back to support my...
