Very nice experience shopping for a 20th Wedding Anniversary ring for my bride. Manager Steven and Sales Person Rhiannon did a fantastic job showing us different options for an anniversary ring. We never felt pressured or rushed during the shopping process. They had a great selection and had way more inventory for us to look at then the other jewelry stores at Arizona Mills. We selected a ring that needed to be sized down. We selected the ring one day before our anniversary and I was concerned that the style of ring would not allow it to be sized three sizes smaller. Steven offered to have their Master Jeweler assess the ring and let us know (before paying anything) if it was truly possible. We received a call the next morning confirming the Jeweler could do it. Not only could he do it but do it that same day. I went in to the store and spoke with the Jeweler and he admitted it would be difficult and not your usual sizing work; however, he was very happy to spend the extra time to do it. Five hours later, the ring was ready and he did a fantastic job. We paid the negotiated price and out the door we went! I walked in and the whole staffâs vibin, customers laughing, bells ringing as celebration, Steven locked in setting the tone, thatâs a direct reflection of ownership, thatâs family. I never felt pressure, no ego, no trash talking other jewelers and deals that speak louder than any sales pitch.
Steven and the crew cut me a deal on an iced-out bracelet no other jeweler in the city could even come close to. Thatâs when you know a place is solid! 27 years strong I heard and currently in my eyes running circles around the so called âbigâ jewelers.
If you want real people you can build a business relationship with and prices that canât be touched, this is where you go. Pueblo donât gotta claim #1⊠they proved it without saying it.

The manager did (not) know how to run his own system to reverse the transaction. For cleanings, they do not specify the process, so when you go back they ask for additional things that werenât explained when you first make your purchase.
