I literally just left there. I waited for about 5 minutes. No one spoke to me. It's not like they were packed. The girl serving the drinks and samples looked at me a few times and said nothing. I saw she was helping some ppl, who came before me, and I was totally fine with that. It was the ppl who came after me, that she spoke to, that irritated me. Not only did she tell them she was going to help the other ppl, that were before me, she did it with a smile. Granted they may hv said something to her first. Not my issue. Plus, I'm not sure who spoke to whom first. However, she could've explained to them there was a line etc. She made it seem like they were next, after she helped the ppl in front of me, by still not saying she would help me next or telling them they were after me. Another guy then came out and started to help them. She didn't even telI him I was next nor did he ask. Not one person acknowledged me. Like I was invisible even though I was right in front of their faces. What's bad is that I would have spent actual money, plus tip, and not just asked for the samples. I honestly don't know if it was a racial issue since I was the only African American person there. It sure felt like it though. Or they were just rude and it's a shame I was made to feel that way. They need better customer service...
Read moreI am only giving two stars because the service was horrible. The lady at the register was rude when I was asking questions and seemed super annoyed. I told her thank you have a good day and she ignored me I told her she needed to learn customer service and I was going to speak to her manager. All she said was yes okay yes yes and was rude. I spoke to a manager and he said he would speak to the owner about her but gave an excuse of how busy they were that she might be frustrated but customer service is key. I worked at one of the busiest ice cream shops before no matter how busy we were a smile and good customer service always kept people coming back.if I go back here it’s cause the drinks are amazing I cannot deny but bad customer service will keep people from coming back here. Also try having the cashiers or people suggest popular things I asked her which was best and or popular with the spicy splash and she said it’s my choice. Read moreI'm rating one star solely based on customer service because we've been there multiple times and the drinks have not disappointed. We went in with the family the cashier took our drink order he stated he was ready to leave and to hand over the receipt to the people making the drinks so we did and we were told we did not get charged for a spicy splash which is what we wanted and instead we got charged for a regular drink. We were sure we ordered a spicy splash but they asked for a receipt and told us if that's what we wanted we would have to get in line again to pay for the difference. We didn't mind pay but disappointed on how it was handled. I proceeded to tell the female making the drink order that we did not want to make line and it was not our messup she said sorry you feel that way you can get a refund and make sure you throw the drink away , that's exactly what we did, we will not be returning need better management on handling...
