I dont understand how management can hire & allow rude employees. I was trying to order & told me No you can wait so I waited why cause I love the place. I was nexted but was ignored not sure why so she came to me rolled her eyes saying what can I get you so I started off with mocha coffee milkshake with whipped cream & chocolate drizzle on top. Then she said well we don't have mocha I said but you do right here then she said well if your trying to get a Frappe we don't have that here. I said okay I understand that I want a milkshake then she said I said we don't have Frappe here. Well I said I want a milkshake with those 2 flavors. Then she rolled her eyes tilt her head.I can not believe the service i received & I really don't say this but I hope she gets put on probation or loose her job. Really bad customer service. The shakes and banana split we got were pretty good but customer service is bad. My grandpa asked me to order him a banana split and once I ordered that at the cashier, she sighed. After that, my grandpa paid for everything which came up to a total of about $36 for 3 milkshakes and 1 banana split for my grandpa and grandma and the cashier handed the receipt to my grandpa angrily.
