I have never seen worse customer service I’m not sure if it’s the same employee when I come in they just happen to always be working because when my friends go they always have pleasant experiences. But this one women who was working today 4/10/21 @3:30 brown hair and glasses was so disrespectful. I was unsure of the mask policy due to the mask advisory after April 6 so My husband and I walked in I had a mask and went up to the counter to ask for one and he stayed back because he didn’t have one I politely asked if they had any disposables and or sold masks there and she cut me off and yelled thru the entire store “yeah no eww get out you have to have one to shop here” other patrons gave her and I a look and I had left because there are kinder ways to treat customers even if they don’t have mask. And not only this experience but before we went in and then employee asked for my id and was really rude about it like I first walked in a she yelled Id and didn’t do that to the other customers and they also looked my age So I will not be shopping in this store and I will be sure to tell my friends about the hatful encounters they allow to go on...

Very bad experience, will not go back! Have spent a ton of money in there and they wont take care of their customers. Bought an item and it was missing a cord. So my wife and I asked for a refund or in store credit. Would not do either. They claimed to have that same item in the back. But no other ones on the shelf. On the receipt it says u can get in store credit. Very rude managers and district managers. Spent $115 last time and spent over $500 in the last month. They have lost our business. Will not recommend anyone there, Family or friends will all quit go there. If you want to buy toys I recommend Adam and Eve! They are very respectful to their customers! And never had a problem buying off of them. They overall have better customer service...

Very nasty employee, yelled at my 41 year old mom for a id and when she had to leave and get one from her car she ripped my id out of my hand and was acting like I was lying about my age! When my mom came back she was very very rude to her and all we wanted to do was look at the underwear since as a big breasted person I have trouble finding places to shop. Lost our business immediately! If you need sex toys please please shop online, Spencer’s, or even Walmart is intently better! As for the cute large bras I was hoping for I shall look elsewhere than this shop that has a crazy rude cashier that reeks...
