I went to this store on Friday, the greeter at the door was very warm and pleasant. So Im thinking ok, this is going to be great I can upgrade my wardrobe finally. I had on jeans and a nice blouse so I was not looking like hagler. I walked around the store for at least 10 minutes and not one sales rep offered to help, or explain the sale signs that were posted. I left out a lil discouraged but suddenly laughed to myself they are judging me because "I don't look like I can afford Chico's clothing." I am pretty positive my salary is double the amount if not triple than the sales reps. Texarkana wonders why a lot if stores dont survive here, its not the product, its not the location, its the nasty, unfriendly , you dont belong here environment. So Chicos I advise you to play undercover boss and see why sales are not consistent with other locations...I will watch this store close and you ladies scramble to find another job.
