Arturo's Jewelry Repair — Local services in The Dalles

I took an heirloom diamond and white gold ring in to be rounded. He said it'd be a week and cost $75!! This is a courtesy service I've received from other jewelers in the past and rarely costs $25. He never called to say it was ready the next week as promised. The following week I began my series of calls to him, leaving 4 messages over 3 days, none of which was responded to. I went to the shop during business hours and it was locked. By now I'm getting concerned and agitated, thinking I'm never gonna see my ring again. I called again the next morning and Arturo answered. My ring is not yet ready and he said I'd need to wait until the week after next. I told him I just wanted to come get my ring, I didn't care about if it was the same as when I brought it in. He said I would have to wait. I do not trust this business and regret entrusting my beloved...

Have had couple pieces repaired as well as family members. The quality of his work is amazing. Often he is able to do same day repairs. I highly recommend him. I had tried another jeweler once before and it didn't compare . I wont go anywhere...
