We had our son's 6th birthday party here. He and his friends had a blast! The parents that came were also very impressed with the party space. We got the package with the basic bounce house, which gave us use of the party room for 3 hours for up to 30 people. Some extra things that were provided (that we didn't expect with the package we purchased) were a mini rock climbing wall, a basketball arcade game, disco/party lights, a Bluetooth soundbar, as well as multiple extra tables with chairs. There is also a small bathroom/ kitchenette area with full size fridge and cake cutting utensils. They even hung up a birthday banner with our son's name on it. The Masters family were wonderful to work with and we definitely plan on booking future parties with them!

I made sure to read the website details so we knew how to prepare for him to make things smooth and he was very appreciative. Even thinking of taking some circus classes from them when they get up and running! We will definitely rent from them again. The cost and quality is unmatched from what I've seen and heard and it made for such an easy day for all adults involved. Keeping about 30 kids from 2-12 occupied and entertained for 4 hours is no easy easy feat and this day went by like a breeze! 1000/10!

We went online and booked and paid for a bouncy house for my child's birthday party about a week ago. We called today to inform them that it looked like there may be a chance of rain in the forecast and they proceeded to tell us that White Salmon, WA is too far and that they will need to charge another $50 for gas and another $100 that they WILL be collecting in case it rains! They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They kept trying to add on more fees saying that their website is acting up. They ended up canceling because we said that we already paid what their website told us we had to, along with the set up/tear down fee. My sons birthday is day after tomorrow and I am extremely upset with this company. Definitely would...
