I received excellent service from Michael C. I appreciate the fact he was on time when he said he would be here, was very professional and got right on the job and did his best. Thank you for your service. Lost one star because of the crazy intro when someone calls the business. There is this big pause and then a bunch of craziness. This is the worst appliance store in The Gorge. They have terrible customer service with 0% follow through. I was assigned by JennAir to work with them on a warranty issue on my broken oven and they never even called to set up an appointment. I even called them and was blown off by one of their sales people who said I would get a call back and I never did. I will never again attempt to do business with this company. Save yourself some time and go to Paddocks...

Michael is the only tech I have ever dealt with and every interaction has been professional, kind, and fair. He has repaired our washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven (multiple times) and has even offered advice when it was finally time to replace an appliance. We have had him into our home multiple times over the last four years (due to shoddy appliances- not his previous repair jobs) and I wouldn't trust anyone else...
