This is a historic building in The Dalles. Unfortunately it needs some upgrading; for example, sound dampers. We attended an event last night and I am deaf in one ear. It was almost impossible to understand the speakers during the presentation. I had to keep asking my husband ,"what did they say?" It was frustrating. Otherwise it's a nice building and...
