This store was by far the worst Kohl's I have ever been to. The bad experience started shortly after I arrived. I went to customer service to pay for my card, I smiled politely and waited. There were three employees there, two were talking while the other was attending to another customer. After waiting, I was greeted by a harsh stare then was lectured on how to properly swip a card, even though the information was passed to the screen. Later during the vist, my family members went to the restroom. My family said it was a very irritating experience because they were laughed at as they walked towards the bathrooms. They informed me that they were also stared down by FIVE employees. Unfortunately that was not the end of the bad experience. I was luck enough to find a cute pair of jeans so I decided to try them on. I walked into the dressing room, surprise two more employees were just sitting around talking while there were clothes on the racks. Now on the topic of clothes, there was not a large variety. To add on, it was unbelievable how disorganized the shoe section was, shoes were in incorrect boxes, shoes on display were not even available to purchase. I just need to mention that the door, which holds all the storage shoes, was WIDE OPEN. Just imagine who would have happened if a child went in there and got lost. I came in to purchase an adorable dog toy for my puppy’s birthday and after searching in the dog section for sometime, I decided to ask for an Associate’s help. Christine took the time to help me locate the item throughout the store, in the system and with the help from a few Associates. During my interaction with Christine, she demonstrated genuine enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond to make my shopping experience truly outstanding. After sometime, we were able to successfully locate the dog toy which made me overwhelmed with excitement. And without waiting in line, Karen got me quickly checked out and on my way.
Both Christine and Karen demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism and dedication that truly exceeded my expectations. Christine is a valuable asset to your team, and her exceptional service reflects positively on Kohl’s. I believe it’s important to recognize and appreciate outstanding employees like both Christine and Karen, whose commitment to customer satisfaction enhances the overall shopping experience.

The deals ate everywhere and if sign up for their emails and get the Kohl's card ( not an endorsement, I don't know your pockets, right? ) you will get so many discounts thrown at you that it'll leave your head spinning! These pictures are from Kohl's of Homewood. PROS: Always greeted as soon as I entered by friendly professionals. The bathrooms are always clean. The styles and inventory change weekly. Shop online and pick up in-store. SEPHORA! Need I say more?
CONS: The store can get unorganized, or shelves left bare. Some of the items are dated-looking. The music is snooze-worthy at times. The wheelchair-accessible door is not as fast as it should be. Mens section is sad, ( needs more fashion-forward clothing to bring in a more diverse clientele. )
