Read moreI went to Daniel's Jewelers in the Oaks mall to buy a birthday present for my Mom's 80th birthday. I met with Angelica Pedraza who is the manager according to the business card she gave me. She then told me I had to give her my driver's license in order to look at a Rolex. After I gave her the license, without any other customers in the store, she kept going in the back room with my drivers license and taking and making calls. When I asked her for my Driver's license back, she told me she lost it. Angelica and the two other sales people in the store spent the next 15 minutes trying to find the license. I noticed a big screen tv on the wall and noticed we were being filmed live.Angelica told me she called loss management and they would give her a code to run the tape back and see what she did with the Driver's license. This turned out to be a LIE I spent the next hour and a half waiting for the camera code which was never provided to Angelica. Angelica then started acting strange and claimed she might have given me back my driver's license so I emptied out my pockets and turned them out and emptied my wallet as well showing her I did not have my license. I asked to speak to loss management and I spoke to Teresa Rios who told me that the camera code was in a different dept and there was nothing she could do. I then called Mall Security and had two officers Jasmin Silva and Joannah Slater search me and my wallet while I was still in the store to confirm I did not have my license. I was told by Angelica that her district manager Mike would call me after reviewing the tape. This was another Lie as Mike Giaba called me the next day at 11 am to hear my side of the story. I asked Mike what the camera in the store showed regarding the location of my license and he told me the code was with another dept and there was nothing...
If I can give a 0 to this place I would. I walk in at the worst moment. I’m looking for an engagement ring and this girl by the name Gol was talking on her phone. She’s very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to take her job serious. While this other girl was busy doing some paper work and helping another customer she continued on her phone. She must be foreigner cause she didn’t speak English. Later, I approached her completely and she hung up her phone, saw her name but decided to just say I’m looking since that kind of service I didn’t like. Right away the other girl helped me out and convinced me to stay and look and decided on a ring and she double tasked helping me and the other customer. I was convinced and decided to come back and purchase from this girl. I personally think phones shouldn’t be answered while on work site. I don’t work for this company, but if I did I get this girl out of my store and find one that does her job. She should of worked a secretary instead of sales if she loves to be on her pnone so much. Yes, probably something moderate, but it’s not the first time I see this girl like this I’m a frequent window shopper. Cause I think I found the right ring with you guys, but got to make sure if I want to give my money to a store that pays there worker like Gol to be on her phone the majority...
