Terrible customer service! I only gave them two stars because ONE employee was actually helpful, i cant recall his name but he said he used to race for team associated. - This guy went the extra mile to help me, excellent advice and really did the research to get me the correct parts. Not only that but i found out he was suppose to be clocked out by that time! Personally working retail I understood and said "its alright, dont worry about it" - He CONTINUED to search for my part and made sure it fit before I purchased, then even placed my order for the rest of the parts I needed! (he also commented to another employee how he was suppose to be off a about 30 minutes ago, and the other employee continued to stand there doing nothing - i almost feel bad for the guy considering he has to deal with such lazy coworkers)

Now once he left everything went to hell, I tried asking another employee for a spur gear and his INSTANT reponse was a rude "i dont know i dont know ANYTHING about cars" so I ask where there might be spur gears, again i get "i dont know, i dont know anything about rc cars i only do helicopters" Alright....so i ask to see the user manual for an associated car and without hesitation he reply's "we dont have the manual for that" which is odd because I used it in there store about 3 weeks prior.

If you truely know nothing about RC cars, why are you there? you could use that down time you were just complaining about to learn about the rc cars. Which begs the question; how have you worked there for such a long time and not know about rc cars? such a ridiculous excuse not help customers its pathetic.

It seems to me like these guys have never worked a different job and have no idea how to opperate a store. Did I mention there were probably 4-5 people talking behind closed doors in the back of the store when there was about 7-8 customers...

Was eager to see how much variety this store offered with its scale models, so I brought my niece yesterday. They carried a small but decent selection but also a few neat corners here and there. The only thing that made me change my mind and not give my business was the language of the men at the cashier/ help desk. N word this, N word that, add other colorful words and above all this in front of kids. My niece looked at me knowing what she heard was horrible and not right. A slip up I can understand but these were full conversations of adults with complete and total disregard for damaging minors around them as they looked right at me and across the shop floor as they spoke with each other.

If you wish to talk like a degenerate fine, but do it on your own time and NEVER in front of kids! Taking my business elsewhere, if you have kids spare them the trash talk they will encounter and ruin your time with them . Very unprofessional. You'd think after the first inappropriate word and making eye contact with a customer and a child, you would change your demeanor. If I could give zero stars I would.
