After my unpleasant customer experience/interraction by the Pandora employee Connor, which was horrific and truly truamatic at The Oaks, Store No. 218275.
I went to the Woodland Hills location to try to resolve my issue that Connor caused, and refused to rectify. He was blatantly rude and disrespectful, he ruined my Oxidized Barrel Clasp Bracelet (which was a special gift from my husband, years ago in remembrance of the passing of my grandmother) when polishing it.
Connor called me names, raised his voice at me, made a scene, refused to admit/take accountability for his error in the damage of my Oxidzed bracelet all while I was being respectful, calm, and polite.
Connor was agressive with his deamenor towards me that I was truly stunned in the way he treats long term customers like myself (loyal brand customer for over 15 years) that he called mall security to escort me out of the store.
Everyone in the store including the security guard Adiv said that I was not in the wrong and that he was out of line for taking this drastic measure, Adiv then proceeded in giving me the Report (No. 3052814) so that I can do as I see fit in order to rectify this awful experience. Adiv also shared with me that to his knowledge Connor is problematic and that he has been fired from multiple stores within the Oaks Mall.
Abby the sweet sales employee who I first interacted with at the store apologized to me for his behavior and agreed that this situation was handled poorly by Connor.
I want to point out that Connor refused to reach out to the Store Manager (Lena) or the District Manager when I requested their assistance in the matter.
That being said, I went to the Pandora Woodland Hills location, which is my frequented store of choice for the assistance I should have received with this issue.
Art, the assistant manager at the Woodland Hills location was delightful, respectful, professional, attentive to my needs, and apologetic on...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have shopped at the Woodland Hills location for a few years now, and I am so happy we finally have a location back in the Thousand Oaks area! It is a beautiful location and the staff is much friendlier than the location that was here several years ago. I have come in a couple times now and have not been disappointed at all. Lena and Lilly were extremely sweet and helped me put together a few bracelets to give to family as Christmas gifts, and they were very honest when it came to recommending other locations for better options they could not accommodate in store. The second time I came in with some older pieces and Conner helped me get most of them polished like new but one was tarnished beyond repair, and shared a plethora of knowledge about taking care of the pieces, and proper storage to maintain them that was not shared at other locations. While he was cleaning my older pieces the other girls that were working there were so lovely and excited to show me all their new Cinderella items, overall so friendly, and everyone seems so happy to be...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible customer service from Connor! You would expect more from the store manager if he even is the store manager based off what the last review says. But talking down to woman on the phone telling them to shut up, how unprofessional. My mother purchased a charm bracelet for her upcoming granddaughters birth and mistake or not she was charged twice for a single item. Long story short after being āinvestigatedā for over a month, my mom decided to follow up with Synchrony who claims the merchant (that being this location here) was the one not responding back. After being tossed back and forth with Synchrony my mother resorted to reaching out to the store and speaking to the store manager (Connor). What an unpleasant experience for her dealing with this individual who has little to no customer service skills and instead loses his temper very quickly resorting to vulgar language. Double check those transactions and if Connor acts like this over the phone I can only imagine how he must...
