The girls that work here are AWESOME and super helpful & patient,I love coming in. I was super happy when the mall opened back up, so I could come in and return a pair of earrings I bought that the hinge broke on. Their return policy is the best!! A competitor (Hot Topic) wouldn't return a pair of earrings that I bought and never got to wear because it was glass and broke before I could even enjoy wearing one time! The only reason to go into Spencers is to purchase party lights. Otherwise, buy your body jewelry and funny t-shirts elsewhere. The staff always seem uninterested or stoned. The last time I was there, I asked a kid that worked there if they had 20-gauge barballs. He literally said, "Uh. I don't really know what all we sell here. Basically, if you don't see it, we don't have it...I think." Maybe the kid was punking me and didn't really work at the store. So yeah, go...

Good store, liked working there mostly, Sarah wasn't the brightest to work with, Greg, Sandy, Audrey, Geoff, and everyone else are fine to work with, and made the place fun.
