Spirit Halloween — Local services in Tigard

Avoid this place at all costs. I have a friend who has 4 young children and worked really hard this past month to get her children some costumes for Halloween, so she went to this place to get them some costumes. When she purchased the costumes, the cashier mentioned that RETURNS can't be made after the 24th. My friends daughter tried on her outfit last night, and it was a tad bit tight (btw they dont have a dressing room), so she sent a friend to try to exchange the costume to a larger size only to be told NO. She's just wants to exchange, not a refund!! The costume was $50!!! I feel so sad for my friend. Now we have to go to Goodwill and find her daughter a costume because they can't exchange a costume. This place is not going to lose any money in doing an exchange. I'm very disappointed in you!!!...

The. Smell. Oh wow.. this place is urine pungent. I was wondering if it was an abandoned building that squatters were living in at one time. You don't notice it at all if you go to the right of the store when you walk in but it's all you smell and think about once you cross over to the left all the way up to the register. This is the smallest spirit store I have been to, so yes only one animatronic up and not a lot of room for people to walk around each other and look at products especially if you want to be polite of space. If you’re planning to see the animatronics, I recommend visiting a different location. They only had one on display and it wasn’t working. The space is quite small, so it seems like they might only be able to display one at a time for that reason.
