Buyer…well..shopper beware. I went in today specifically looking for dress pants. While wandering around I found a few pairs to try on. It was obvious the two individuals working today were more interested in working on administrative items and checking people out. I asked to get a dressing room and was kindly led to one with the individual letting me know if I need a different size or any help to let her know. I ended up needing a new size. Rather then them checking on anyone in the dressing rooms we all had to walk out to register area (where both employees continued to stand) and ask for our sizes. The individual that helped me went to get a size then proceeded to come back to the counter and set those pant on the back counter. I waited for nearly 10 minutes standing just inside the large room where all the dressing rooms are. She proceeded to check out 4 customers and then went to front of the store to work on other items as she came past me to help someone else I asked if I could try on the other size I had asked for. She walked right past me, looked at me like I was crazy and helped someone else. She then walked back by me and said “multitasking”. Look..they were not busy by any means, but there were only two of them and probably 6 shoppers. It was obvious neither one of the employees wanted to be there nor did they want to do more than be behind the counter. I ended up leaving without purchasing and won’t be back. If they were truly busy and offering everyone in the store at least a bit of customer service..I’m good. However, the feeling in the store was they didn’t want customers that they had to do anything with other than ring them up and get them...

I have shopped here several times in the past and since they are high-end clothing they take your clothes into the dressing room for you and I had to beg an assistant to do that for me. I was spending several hundred dollars on my daughter and I really needed help getting her sized correctly. Eventually the woman related to help us and she was great her name is Kim. Thank you Kim! I was also frustrated that I had a birthday coupon for $10 that I had spent online just a week before and received an item that was nothing like the description on the web. I was not allowed to roll over my birthday coupon when I return the item and that this was sad. It was such a small amount in the grand scheme of things. Tomorrow my daughter wants to go shopping again. Should I take her there...
   Read moreI shop at WHBM monthly. I came in to the store to return crop pants that didn't look good on me. They were never worn. They were too tight and didn't look good. I had the tags and the receipt on my phone but I had taken the tags off. The manager stated she would not take them back because the tags were off even though I had the tags. I said I would take a credit and she refused. Online I don't see where it says you can't return if tags are not on. I have a feeling if I wasn't in my workout clothes and was dressed nicer she would have been nicer. She was rude. I will no longer shop online with WHBM giving this store the credit.
