If I can give this place -5 stars I would. We got to the store at 10:58p waiting for the store to open while the employees inside just stared. I worked at grocery stores before and our managers would always have the doors open the most 5 mins before when customers were waiting outside (common sense customer service). 11a doors opened- the blonde boy employee did not even bother to greet us (we greeted him). Nobody bothered to even ask if needed any help. Time to pay- both employees were on their phones! We used our membership account. my husband asked how the point system worked, the blond boy didnât even bother to let us know how many points we have, he had no knowledge whatsoever. We leave and notice our 25% weekend coupon was never applied when I told him we have it. I go back to the store. The other employee that was on her phone, Kaylee, ended up being the manager. What a lie. She had no professionalism. She ended up telling me that she cannot apply the coupon after the purchase and we needed to present it to the cashier (I returned everything). Keep in mind that she was standing next to the cashier (on her phone) while he rang us up. As a manager you should intercede when an employee is not doing the proper job so they can shadow and improve in their work ethic (the boy was not a new employee we have seen him before) I expressed that he didnât even bother to inform us our points when we spoke about it and questioned him, or even asked us to show him the coupon when I told him we have one! She said she cannot intervene on her cashiers. What kind of manager is that? A lying one. I told her this is the worst customer service and to expect a review, she laughed, I mocked her laugh and left. Pathetic. Iâll be contacting corporate. These two...

If youâre looking for a one-stop shop for all things health and wellness, Better Health Market & CafĂ© is IT! đ I walked in for the first time and was immediately impressed by their wide variety of products. They have EVERYTHINGâkombucha, raw local honey, fresh coffee beans, and an entire wall of teas (yes, tea lovers, theyâve got you covered). đ« From Yogi tea to other unique brands, the selection is unmatched.
The fresh produce section is brimming with colorful fruits and veggies đ, and theyâve recently expanded to include more refrigerated options, which is a game changer. Whether youâre looking for organic brands, rosewater, natural toothpaste, or a stellar lineup of vitamins and supplements, this place delivers.
The staff? Super helpful and insightful! đđœ They guided me straight to my melatonin gummies (lifesavers, honestly). Plus, the prices are surprisingly reasonable for such high-quality, organic, and natural products.
âš Special Tea: If you havenât been, youâre missing out. Whether youâre restocking on staples or exploring new wellness finds, this store has it all.
This is my new go-to for healthy living essentials. Highly recommend!

Read moreThis was my first time EVER going to a Better Health store. I think it just opened or re-opened by the Dollar Tree I go to. So my boyfriend and I decided to check it out and see what it was all about. I've been trying to eat healthier so I was curious and didn't know what to expect. When I first walked in, the store was nice and way bigger than we thought. So we browsed around just looking to see what they had. They had all kinds of stuff I thought it was just going to be food but they had vitamins, oils for pain, organic and natural stuff etc. Someone approached us and asked us if we needed help. We said "No were just looking" We continued to browse and again the same person came up and asked us if we needed any help like five minutes later. I had to say" No this is our first time and were just looking" by this time I'm getting irritated. It felt racially profiled I came in excited to see what they had and left out feeling uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend anyone black going unless you want to be stared at like you're going to steal something. They lost a...
