We decided to order a few things online when the Swamp Shop had a Black Friday deal. We ordered 3 different items. The day after our order was placed I received a phone call that they were out of one of the items we ordered. We figured out a replacement and I called the store back the next business day with what we wanted instead. The next day they called again to say they were out of a different item we had ordered. While I was on the phone I selected a replacement item. Then an hour later they called to say the address provided didn’t work. Finally when the items arrived one of the replacement items wasn’t sewn completely. I was so frustrated with how hard it was to get the items I decided it was easier to fix it myself. I understand that what you have in stock might not be updated on the website but why didn’t you gather all the items at once. Then you can call once to figure out replacements. I have bought plenty of Jersey's hats and shirts from the swamp shop in the past and I found a hat I wanted so I went and bought it 2 weeks ago then bought a youth for my son and it didn't fit him so I went yesterday April 19th and looked and they had none in the size I needed I looked online and they had some with 9$ shipping charge so I called and they said they had some they would put one up for me I could go back the next day and buy it so I went today and after waiting 20 mins they still had none the guy Mike was so rude to me and after all that never offered me no discount on something else or even free tickets just walked away and didn't care at all I'll never go back and spend my hard earned $ there ever again I beer flet so disres minwy in that shopected after spending so much...
