Absolute terrible customer service from Cristofer at this location on 02/07 when trying to pickup a preorder for Hogwarts Legacy Deluxe. He originally gave us the standard edition that we noticed immediately when we got to the car and went back inside to confirm it was the correct edition. He did not bother to look up when we asked and quickly said yes it was without so much as a glance. We went out to the car again, did some quick searching on the GameStop website and realized the deluxe edition was definitely different than what we received. So we went back in, waited in line for him to adamantly say it was the correct edition and that we were paying for the downloadable content on the back. I have never had a deluxe edition not state it on the actual cover of the game and when I tried to show him he just kept brushing it off and getting defensive, called another store and asked if the deluxe was the downloadable content on that back and loudly says thatâs exactly what I thought. So, we left drove a bit down the road before a friend sent us a picture of their deluxe copy that was a completely different to what we had and stated deluxe on the cover like we kept saying. We turned around, my husband went in while I was calling customer service and Christofer proceeded to argue with him about whether or not he gave us the correct copy. Called his district manager and was actively talking loudly and rudely about my husband being wrong and that he was right and he had no idea what our issue was. And thatâs whenâŠhe quickly hung up with his district manager after realized he had grabbed the game from the wrong drawer and they in fact did have a deluxe edition. Gave my husband a half apology, and when my husband asked if the Tin poster he gave us was right, he threw it across the counter and said yeah thatâs what I just gave you. The entitlement, the belittlement and the horrible customer service from this one individual has left a terrible taste in our mouths.    Read moreSo this is usually the store I go to all the time since it is the closet to the house. I would give it 5 stars if they have not messing up here lately. WWE 2k25 pre-order was not at the store when I got to store to pick up game. This is not ok especially when game is fully paid for. Now it did eventually show up later before I drove back to the house 30 min drive by the way. Secondly picking up a second pre order MLB the show. Now I get a break being needed no issue there at all what so ever. The issue I have is you put a sign up saying be back at 4:20. Then when you get back from Jimmy Johnâs you change that time to 5:20. I watched multiple people come back at 4:20 and leave pissed. Especially when they watched the employee come back to just change the time. I get it break time is import but make sure you stick to the time you put there in the first place people will accommodate that for the most part.    Read moreTo start off let me just say, FRED, TYLER AND ALLY ARE THE BEST EMPLOYEES EVER AND HAVE HONESTLY MADE OUR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT GAME STOP AMAZING EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thanks to them, me and my fiancé feel that this is the BEST game stop we have EVER been to. We recently moved back into Houston but drive an hour and a half out to Tomball solely because of the amazing customer service we get every single time at this game stop. We will forever go to this store for all of our game stop needs before we think about going to another game shop. Thank you so much Fred, Tyler and Ally for the superb, excellent service you all have given us from the moment we set foot in the store for the first time to the very last time we were in the store, which was today.
