Potbelly is simply better than similar sandwich shops, although you do pay for the upgrade in quality.
This location has steady business, adequate seating, and speedy service - the only holdup is usually their oven device, which couldn't really toast faster, so really no issues.
Food is tasty and although there are not a ton of customization options for each individual sandwich, the menu is diverse enough to satisfy any craving for sandwiches or salads.
Place was clean, quiet enough to talk, and has fast service. This is deli style, so you go up to the counter to order, just like Subway.
It is a bit expensive $2+ for a regular drink and most sandwiches go for about $8, which is the biggest size, although not quite a foot like Subway.
