had a rude manager her name is shaun,i was shopping in the store around 9:00 without realizing they where closed already but the doors where still open and there was still people shopping and in the store i get my stuff go to check out it’s already 9:30 and the manager looks at me and says “are you serious” . I was confused on why she would tell me that then later tells me that they’re closed and I explained to her that I didn’t know and i told her i’ve been in the store for a bit and the doors where open..she told me they weren’t when clearly the doors opened for me… and i was in the store shopping for a while and nobody noticed me..that’s a security issue on her end if she told me the doors where closed and i was still inside the store when the doors opened and saw people still in the store… And she could have approached me professionally instead of giving me attitude.. I then asked her if I can leave my name to have the stuff on hold and she told me I promise it’s gonna be here tomorrow We open at 9 AM in the morning...

Store looked in okay shape for a Sunday. At checkout didn't get his name 602733 was the cashier ID on my receipt was great. He seemed upset. To management I say take care of your people who work hard. He shared that he'd been there since 1am the night prior and back the next morning. I know the frustration I was an Asm at Ross. To upper management please schedule according to business demand on weekends.. this is why people leave and your turn over is so high... Ross isn't a bad company it's just some of the people they leave in charge..SPS was friendly too!! Overall good experience. 2 starts because my heart goes out to the people who are feeling miserable. My girlfriend and I went to this Ross location today . As soon as we walked in the security guy and one of the managers started talking bad about us because we are both females. Never not once in the whole hour we where in the store did they take their eyes off us . I felt uncomfortable because I was in the junior section looking at jeans and they kept staring straight at us .
