Super Yummy — Restaurant in Tomball

The owner of this restaurant is TERRIBLE AND RUDE!!! I have place NUMEROUS orders with this restaurant to go mostly sushi. The last order I placed on 2/23/2018 totaled $82. I did not check the order before I left... my MISTAKE. When I got home one of the five sushi rolls I ordered was NOT in the bag. When I called to let the owner know, who by the way is the ONLY one who takes the to go orders himself, he absolutely REFUSED to believe what I was telling him and wanted me to bring all the food back for him to look at before simply accepting responsibility that they possibly could have made a mistake and offering to correct the situation. He wanted to charge me for yet another roll at my inconvenience of driving back up there and putting off dinner for my hungry family. Again, I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars on food with them and this is actually the THIRD time an incident like this has happened where he accuses the customer of being WRONG!! My husband and I LOVE the Super Yummy location in Spring, always excellent service, food and environment so we expected the same from the Tomball location. We went to this location in Tomball, TX with another couple last weekend. Our experience was awful! The bar where the uncooked food is kept was very dirty. There was food all over the counter, floor and mixed in the containers. There was enough food on the floor you had to be careful not to slip. The stock of supplies (bowls) were not kept stocked, the serving trays were dirty. When the four of us received our food all 4 of our bowls had food in it we did not select. The service (waiter) was ok. There was also management staff that were working and acting in a very unprofessional way. We will never return to this location! Very Disappointed! DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!! I work in the food/customs service industry and I have been going to this restaurant for a while now. I have family that came in from Alaska and I recommended them to go here last night and it was the WORST IDEA!!!! The server was extremely rude, would not sell my family a side of friesx kept arguing with them. My sister is pregnant and was craving a veggie sushi she said she would pay extra to add stuff to the roll he said they couldnt do that and she could only get the avacado roll. At one point the server told them to hurry up because he had alot to do and wasn't going to wait on them to decide! WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS!!!!
