I went there Wednesday to eat and I needed to charge my phone so I gave my phone and charger to the young lady cashier at the front so she could charge it. After I left the restaurant and went to work, I realized I had left my charger I called Thursday to see if my charger was still there and they said "Yes, it is." I told them I would come the next day and retrieve it. When I get there the next day, I go up to ask for my charger and the people up at the front say it's not there and all they have is a cable to give me which left me pretty angry because I know fro a fact that both my charger and my cable were left connected together and plugged into the wall! So then I ask for the manager and they said she wouldn't be in until 6. So I left the restaurant and called them once it was 6 to speak to the manager about this issue and she said that she would check to see if it was there and that's when I responded that they already looked for it when I was there! I then asked if she could check the cameras because its possible someone up there stole it and she said, "She would do it when she has time." They then took my number down and told me they would call if they have any more info on it.' The next day, I called and asked for the manager again to see if there was any update on my charger and she said, "No." I then asked if she at least checked the cameras to see how exactly my charger went missing. She said, " No, I never got around to doing it." That's when I got frustrated and really angry because she did tell me she would check the cameras for me to see how this happened! She then responds by saying, "We're not held responsible for missing property in our restaurant." I responded by saying, "That's nonsense because if you call for your property and someone tells you over the phone that your property is still there and you tell them you are coming to reclaim it the next day, and you show up at the establishment and they tell you your property is not there, then they are held responsible and it shows that the workers up there can't be trusted because I was already lied to by the manager and I believe that the young lady cashier that I gave my charger to on Wednesday to plug into the wall was the one that stole it! Read moreWhere to begin? I grew up eating hartz. When we decided to go tonight I realized that hartz isn't what it used to be. First, I must give credit to the cashier for discounting our food when we realized that we would be charged full price for everyone in our family. She also informed us that kids prices are from ages 2-9. Which we were previously unaware of. The restaurant appeared to be clean. Fountain drinks were spot on. As for myself and my wife, we had zero issues with the food we chose, however, our children didn't find themselves to be so lucky. Our youngest found hair stuck to get chicken. Our oldest found a bug in her salad, it was very small and unidentifiable, but there nonetheless. Our son found what appeared to be some sort of worm or plastic or something in his soft serve ice cream. Now, we are home and our oldest has made no less than three trips to the restroom. No one else has suffered🤞 from anything but loss of appetite and queasiness🤞 from the thought of our experience tonight. Read moreThe lady in the drive thru was very rude. When I tried to use apple pay she didn't even tell me I couldn't in the drive thru she just pointed to the sign and looked at me mad. I went inside got greeted in thought maybe I was tripping then after I pay she says have a nice day and walks off. I had to reach over the register and grab my food. Not to mention when I asked where my food was she pointed obnoxiously like I was dumb or something. I left and it really bothered me so I called back and asked for a manager and told them how the whole experience was negative and how I was treated poorly when I'm just a customer. The lady got defensive so.i hung up. I recieve 5 more calls from someone named DEDRA AMIE and when I answered a man was yelling at me threatening me. Not to mention the mac and cheese was Nasty.
