I used to love this location and their donuts. Every day, I would stop by for coffee and donuts. Today, as usual, I went through the drive-thru and ordered 3 donuts and a coffee. However, the lady at the window gave me 5 donuts instead. When I politely told her I had only ordered 3, she was very upset rather than apologizing. She insisted that she had already ordered 5 and handed the box back to me with an attitude. I repeated that I wanted 3, not 5, and then she called someone else to come assist. On top of that, she did not properly close my coffee cup. When I got to work and was about to drink it, the coffee spilled all over my sweater. It was obvious the lid hadn’t been secured correctly. Donuts of the chocolate iced were very Cold I wondered if they were yesterday's and put back on shelf from the fridge overnight. I remember getting Shipley's from a few years back back every Friday couple of dozen and they were warm and very soft and fresh but now Shipley's is all time Low they don't train the old ways and only see bottom quick dollar and forget about Customers Returning for Regular based therefore I NOW Stop at Circle K for my Coffee and a package of small Chocolate donuts and at least they are not cold and tough to chew. For Me Shipley's is History from Quality just Like IHOP Used to have better breakfasts than Denny's and Now Denny's has stepped up with much better Quality eating good food than IHOP By far. Haven't had a Shipley donut or kolache in 4-5 years after moving from Texas. We we're excited to get to try them again. However, we were disappointed in that the kolaches and the donuts were underfilled. Only one small, thin piece of ham, and the donut fillings was only about a third of the cavity filled with cream or jelly.

Service was just adequate. Sales person wasn't that customer forward and could have been more personable and friendly. She was ok.

Overall, disappointed after several years away. We are in the land of Krispy Kreme and their donuts are just as good and service is much friendlier. Shipley, don't...
