This location of rock and roll it is open from8am- midnight everyday all year round. They have a vast selection and super awesome prices!!! And if you don't know much about the products you're buying or what product you want to buy, u can always ask at the very friendly and informative Vee (she's my personal favorite) or Gwen who's quite helpful as well and willing to work well over 12-hour shift. I tend to come here late at night so if you want to meet these two girls that you'll have to come late too, I think. But I'm sure whatever time of the day or night you come they'll always be someone helpful here. I personally love nectar collectors and I like them to be glass. Families have a wide selection of that kind here and their prices are completely reasonable compared to other places. In fact, they carry a brand called Candy Glass that I really happen to like & since I think it's literally made by the people that own rock and roll at stores, it is always one of the cheapest brands you'll find at any store. Not to mention the fact that there are very stylish and cute which really matters to me. If you have to live in Tomball area or visiting I recommend you to come to the shop as soon as possible and check it out. Maybe you just need some cool incense or candle or something cool & decorative for your home where to give as a gift. This is definitely my favorite rock and roll it location of all the locations in all of Houston. Maybe you're skeptical because you live far away... I promise u it will be well with it drive! I went in to buy Delta 8 carts and when they ring you up here they insist that you check the carts to "make sure there are no leaks or issues", but the policy is really in place so they can enforce the no returns policy on carts and disposables. When I looked at the cart they were trying to sell me I noticed it was seriously discolored and that the expiration date was listed as 05/22. I told the girl I wanted to buy another one from the case because the ones she grabbed from the back looked expired. She went to get the "manager" who walked in angrily and told me that he would only sell me a cart from the case if I didn't look at it or check it. He seriously told me that he would only sell me un-returnable and expired carts if I bought them without checking them, despite the fact that they normally force you to check them before you leave. I was so blown away that he would try to intentionally get me to buy expired and discolored product without opening the box to look at it that I walked out without buying anything. I have been a good customer for years spending thousands a year, but I am never going back there if that psychopath is in charge and trying to sell expired product that he intends to deny returns on. Bought a Geek Bar Vape at Rock N Roll it late night last night, opened package in store, worked fine. By this morning it tastes like it is out of juice and burnt with the vape reading that it has 95% Juice level. Hasn’t ever even been charged and didn’t even make it 24 hours and it is broken, which is no big deal because we all know that is common with these vapes and we all know that the smoke shops swap them out if that is the problem. well, rock ‘n’ roll it said that yes the defective vapes they can switch out with the manufacturer and the manufacturer replaces it with a new vape, but they will not swap out with me in the store rock ‘n’ roll.
