I purchased a wireless cell phone holder for my patrol vehicle. The item didn’t fit my cell phone, so I emailed the company to request a return the day I received the item. Rugged Depot said I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. Really? For a single cell phone charger? Then a subsequent email said 15% restocking fee? As far as I can tell, the item was shipped to me straight from the manufacturer in Wisconsin and not from Rugged Depot in Texas…so I’m not sure why they are charging me a restocking fee in the first place.
