Crust Pizza Co. - Tomball — Restaurant in Tomball

We ate our Father's day lunch hear on the Saturday before the day of and our experience was definitely a mixed basket. First the good: the cooks were amazingly fast at getting the pizzas out! The pizzas started coming out before we had all settled in our seats even ( it's an order then sit type place) and they all tasted simply scrumptious! Now the bad: the front of house staff was really very terrible. The young lady taking the orders was busy looking at her phone when we came in and didn't even see us standing there waiting to order . We had to get her attention which wasn't the end of the world but isn't very good customer service. Then since it's an order and seat yourselves and the place was practically empty the whole time we were there, we chose the horseshoe booth in the main dining area because there were about 14 people five of them being children which makes a booth really handy. But the server/busser came and rather curtly asked us to sit in the side room. He didn't help us put the tables together or anything just told us to move. Afterwards he gave us grumpy looks because he saw we had moved the tables together for our party. When our pizzas came out it was like we weren't even there the way the servers whizzed in and set the pizzas down without a word or smile. I had to loudly say thank you to even get your welcome out of one as she was rushing back out the door. So in conclusion, cooks, you did amazingly! Front of house staff, you really need to brush up on the customer...

If there is any way I can get a hold of the owner I would like to tell her/him how awful I was treated in this exact location by a men who calls himself the manager of the business… His name is Justin F. I only asked him to fixed my Roman tomatoes soup because they nearly had soup in them.

He open the container to level the soup from one bowl to another without any gloves on and the soup dripping from the bowls.

I asked him why did he do that! And he said I’m just leveling them out. I told him to look at what he did and that I did not want that anymore. I was waiting to see if he would say let me remake them for you. He did not he told me to take it like that and I told him I wanted my money back and then he told me he was not going to give me a refund.

As for that I have a recording of him doing all of this and also maneuvering the food in such a way.

I got my refund back. Also lost my time there. Never been treated in such of disgusting way. I’m not big on writing reviews although this is one that had to be made. As for the owner please correct this because of employees with this behavior business go down.

My friend and I were in Tomball on FM 2920 to get some new tires for my cargo van at NTB. We decided to go across the street to grab lunch at "CRUST PIZZA" while the 4 tires were bring installed. I ordered a 10" personal Margherita pizza and my buddy ordered the 10" personal Don's which I called a Carnivore's delight which is all meats and cheeses. (I'm a vegetarian). The pizza crust was buttery tasting with a nice crispness on the bottom but tender where the toppings came together. My fresh tomatoes were thickly cut, fresh Basil was abundant and fragrant, the fresh whole milk mozzarella provided a nice gooey cheese pull. My friend's Don's pizza was loaded with all kinds of meats and cheeses and I swear it was about 3" deep and overflowing just the way he liked it. I appreciate they serve the pizzas with a party cut making it easier to eat. Service was quick, and very courteous. The wait staff were also quick and attentive. I highly recommend this location. They also have an outdoor covered patio area with ceiling fans and a nice big lawn area a few steps down from the patio in back. I would surmise a small group or family get together could have a good time at this location too....
