Please do not support this business. I have a documented disability and I require the assistance of service animals to move around and do things my able body counterparts can do. The woman at the desk denied me entry consistently stating "AZ laws require documentation presentation for service animals", as if repeating her lies would make it true. My husband finally pulled out his phone and read aloud the black and white print on AZ's ADA laws word for word and she continued to state "AZ laws..." like she couldn't hear him and in the most arrogant tone imaginable. She mind as well put a sign up saying "only able bodied people served here". My husband walked down to the marshal's office and they were very kind. They said they would talk to her and would have escorted me back there, but by that time I was unable to walk (and why would I support them after being treated so terribly anyway?) My absolute favorite store in Tombstone, AZ. I shop there since years and the quality and service remained as classy as always throughout the many years I visit this store. They carry great pioneer clothes, modern styles, a huge variety of boots even in special sizes plus hats. They steam the hats to the shape you want. The store is always well organized and clean, the staff outstanding in their knowledge and friendliness. They carry pioneer western novels, wonderful variety of silver jewelry and purses on resonable prices as well. Need a gift? This is a place to have a looksee for that as well. I bought a lot in this store during my many stays in town and have never been disapointed. Back in the day, I was wearing all the clothing from the 1800s that they carry here today. I was wearing a lot of this before there was SASS or other wonderful reenactment groups. I can tell you that not only do they have extremely well-made quality clothing, but exceptional prices and they beat three other major competitors! Anything that you want or need to walk the streets at Tombstone or any other western town you will find here . ! I am so glad that someone recommended the store.
