Tombstone Trolley — Local services in Tombstone

My husband, daughter and I visited on Friday, May 17th. We had purchased Marshall passes for us which include the trolley tours. The wind was horrid that day and the temps dropped so we went back to benson to check into our hotel, get cleaned up and changed into something warmer. Before we knew it we were at 6:26. We were supposed to meet at 6:45!! The ghost-murder tour started at 7pm. Benson “is supposed to be a half hour away.. we left at 6:39...let’s just say we moved! I called the company about 10 minutes out explaining what had happened and if there was ANY way to wait for us?? The woman on the phone said she would get back to me. HUGE shoutout to the woman that answered the phone AND the tour guides AND the people waiting in the wind!! We rolled in quick and ran to the trolley. They had waited!!! Our daughter was OVER THE MOON happy and it was one of the most entertaining and informative tours ever! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! BEST day ever and Ringo, you’ll forever be our hero💜 (even though Bingo is a bad guy lol 😘) #bestdayever...

We brought the combo tickets that they offered (gunfight show and trolly tour). We talked to the ticket attendant who assured us that we could get on the 12:30 trolley and still make the 1:00 gunfire show. So we waited 20min for the 1230 trolly. We got on the trolly, and the driver and ticket attendant just stood there. 1240 rolls around, and we still haven't departed. The driver finally comes on and says that there isn't enough time for the trolly tour AND the gun fight (whole point of buying the stupid combo tickets). So we paid extra, and only got one service. VERY unprofessional. And...

Zero Stars. Bought tickets for the 11:00AM Tour in advance online so they knew we were coming. Came to collect the tickets from the counter and asked if there was enough time for us to use the restroom, tour guide said yes. Came back and bus was full with no seats left. Tried to get the tour guides attention but he flat out acted like we weren’t there; as if he didn’t just hand us the tickets few minutes ago. Had to get refunded from a different person working the same counter.

Horrible...
