After following their request I had most of my party wait outside while I set an appointment. The lady asked me if we wanted to take a pic (my husband was with me), and I said yes, set my time, and was preparing to tell her party of 9, but she just took my name and said "see you at 3". So we showed up just before 3, and went ask questions, how we'd like to pose etc, when the guy said "we have a three o'clock for Tanya, party of 2, but not 9". I said I was never asked for a number, but the original lady said she did. So I left disappointed because they would not accommodate us. We were here to commemorate my son's 21st birthday. As I walked away the lady proceeded to say "I asked her how many and she said 2" . I could've left it but then she had to lie. She never asked, I never said. Went to go set up an appointment to have our pictures done. We stood outside in front of the door to allow for distance considering there was a family inside that had just finished and were paying for their pictures. As soon as they walked out the owners literally slammed the door in our faces and flipped the sign to closed. They did not say anything to us. A simple these were our last customers for the day or I’m sorry we are closing would have been fine. How rude to just shut the door in someone’s face. I also want to note we got there around 3:50 there hours say they don’t close until 5pm on Sundays so I would also like to know why the door was slammed in our face an hour and 10 mins before they are technically supposed...

If I could give no stars I would. I was very excited to get a photo with my friends and the incredibly rude photographer and assistant deserve for this business to close. I came in very excited and asked if we could do something fun for the photo, instead of just a posed photo I can get anywhere. The photographer then started with his awful attitude, telling me he doesn't know what I want. Excuse me for expecting a little creativity out of a photographer. Must have lost the passion decades ago. Anyway, then his assistant mustered up the rudest tone she could and after 45 seconds of discussing amongst ourselves she said "Um. Are you planning on taking a photo?" We left. Like I would give you people a cent after...
