This was the very best Internet buying experience I have ever had. There are so many good reasons to shop here. The service is fantastic and very personal. I got a Stetson that I have been looking for two years delivered fast and it came with a personal handwritten thank you note. The hat was perfect and exactly what I had hoped. I called and asked about a hatband (I was going to get one in Santa Fe); they don't keep them on the website. I was sent pictures of hatbands to choose from; great service! I chose this great horsehair hatband from the selection they picked out for me. This is exceptional service and delivery was smooth. While there are a number of places in Tombstone that sell western apparel, The Branding Iron has the most friendly and knowledgeable staff of them all. They were super helpful in our making a selection. And…my husband accidentally picked up the wrong size after trying on several belts…didn’t notice until that evening. Came in to buy a belt, they did not like my price range & pointed me to the clearance rack "5$ off the tag price". I ended up finding a belt and they said "1 size bigger" (waist 42 belt 44) its been exactly 1 week since buying this belt and it continues to stretch.
