Sanrio — Local services in Torrance

I shopped here for years the staff already know me.. So recently I ordered from invoice and I guess they are with Shopify Well a while back I ordered something with my grandpas card with Shopify and my grandpa is old he’s sick he don’t remember things he accidentally marked my purchase as a fraud basically saying he didn’t purchase that with his card ( this was from a didn’t store ) and I owed them money but I payed them back because that would basically be stealing.. yet they still told Shopify to mark me as a fraud so Everytime I buy something from a store the store will be notified that I’m a fraud… which is messed up bc I’m a good person and I paid them back. Any ways let me get to my point.. I order something with Sanrio for pick up and the girl was showing me that my Shopify is telling them I’m a fraud And o told her what happend with my grandpa and she had the nerve to tell me “ well your Shopify says a different name that’s not ur grandpa basically calling me a lair and I’m like no shi…this is my Shopify account and I ordered with my grandpas card.. she made a face at me like if I was a stealer and lair.. And there’s times where she’s rude to me on the phone… Her name is Karla please Sanrio hire better and...

I want to Give my experience on this Sanrio store, I’ve been to so many Sanrio locations , I have to say this one is the worst. The only reason I go back is just to see the new collections or if I’m around the mall. Every time I do go the workers ( The cashiers) have nothing to do and just stare at every move you make, it’s understandable to look here and there , but it’s so creepy that you feel so harassed. I always buy something , but on this certain day me and my daughter went and we didn’t find anything we wanted to buy so we left like 2 items that we wanted , the Crazy stalker lady followed my daughter outside and asked where she had left the item she had in her hand , I said she put it back, and she goes can you show me where so my daughter goes back and points and she goes “Oh Ty”, and walks away, We were like shocked, that we just walked away , but I wanted to go back and make her apologize , the least she could’ve done is said like omg ty I didn’t see you put it back and apologize. So if you want to get harassed by the crazy ladies in there then just know you will be stared at and accused of stealing. The best Sanrio stores with more cute products are the ones in Little Tokyo and Pasadena best customer...

This shop used to be around the corner. This newish location makes little sense to me, as the space isn't any bigger (and the location is only three shops away from where it was previously).

There used to be a lot more of a focus on Sanrio stationery items. Now those items are confined to one small display, which is so disappointing. Finally, these items are mostly branded to be sold in Korea, and are neither the ones you typically see in the U.S. or the original Japanese items. I don't think this affects the quality of the merchandise, but I'm pretty sure it affects the price as the price is now marked on each item individually...
