The location is nice, very modern and clean for the most part.

It is a Quick Service place so you order at the register and then they bring your food to the table.

The cashier could have been seen as rude but he was just very straight to the point and was ultimately helpful and whatever we asked he was able to accommodate. His tone was just very straight forward.

FOOD:

not pictured was the Loaded Fries.

We ate it so quickly because it was sooo delicious.

We got it with the Gyro meat and the flavors really come together with a savory, sour, spicy mix.

It was a hit at the table.

The fries were crunchy and the red onions were pickled nicely as well.

The spicy hummus is delicious and did not feel heavy or too oily which can be hard for hummus.

Gyro Meat and Koobideh Kabob Plate:

I ommited the salad for the pita and spicy hummus.

It was delicious! the tsatsiki sauce was perfect!

Both of the meats were juicy and well seasoned!

Not too salty or anything!

The rice was also cooked very well. I like my rice al dente and this rice was cooked just a bit more so it was nice and fluffy.

Chicken and Gyro Meat Plate:

Gyro meat again delicious again. The chicken was the biggest test as I was worried it would be dry, but it actually retained the juice well and for being all white meat it was well cooked.

Santorini Bowl with Garlic Bonfire Shrimp:

Everything in this bowl comes to play and the teamwork is amazing! The shrimp was cooked very well! Juicy and the grill flavor comes through well! the pickled red onion, tsatsiki sauce, and cous cous go well together. We omitted the rice in favor of more greens which was no additional charge.

Overall the food was 10/10.

Service was 8/10 with just maybe a slightly more customer service tone, but let me just reiterate he was very helpful.

We asked for lemons for the waters and he did not even hesitate.

When my mom was trying to make some customizations to her bowl we kind of felt like it was too complicated but the guy at the cashier was like "lets give the lady what she wants" and then proceeded to say what we could do and we got it all done.

I would definitely recommend this place and give it 5 stars because overall the only miss was something that matched in intention but rough...

I ordered from here because they said on their website they deliver and i didnt see see any Grub Hub, Postmates or Door Dash logos on their website. I dont use those services because service is terrible and food always arrives cold because it always takes minimum 20 mins to find a driver to pick up the food after your food has been prepared. it takes minimum 10 minutes for the driver to arrive to the restaurant to pick up your food and then its still has to be driven to you. And I know a lot of restaurants Outsource their delivery through these BUT THEY DISCLOSE IT TO THEIR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. My online order experience was horrible. My food was stone cold my sirloin kabob and hummus were the same temp. Yuck so was the rice and the Pita bread was soggy because it was placed inside the plastic container with the food. I called the restaurant because even though they have an option to track the progress of your food it does not work when you refresh the page it just says your order has been received. last night I ordered my food at 6:09 p.m. at 6:28 I called the restaurant and ask them about my food because online it's not showing any updates. The girl says to me " oh your food has been ready we're just waiting for a driver to come pick it up" so I proceeded to ask her questions and she had very little knowledge about how their delivery system works the manager got on the phone but by the time I got a manager it was 6:45 I was getting ready to cancel my order( which by the way I had to call the second time and because the manager said she would call back and did not) and she says do you still want to cancel your order because your driver just walked in. I should have said yes and I said no I wasted $45 on 2 cold meals and Soggy feta cheese loaded fries because of all the sauce and the feta cheese there was no way to salvage them by heating them. The gyro was stiff cold my husband ate the chicken on his plate but it was horrible we had to reheat it and it got rubbery. we ended up throwing away the fries giving the sirloin to the dog and having a horrible experience. they need to update their website and disclose did they use a third-party...

Update- 7/10/2020 Ordered online Via their site, for delivery. Ground beef kebab plate and two gyros with fries, extra spicy taziki on the side. FAIR WARNING- they route the online orders through DoorDash. I get an estimate for the delivery time, 12:48p, driver that was assigned my order arrives at the restaurant, sends me a message that my order wasn't ready, they were told that it would be ready in 20 mins. Driver is waiting for it. Ok, no worries, I was informed. Delivery occurs, I check the receipt on the bag, it had my name on it, but was completely the wrong order. 2 flat cut chicke plates I call the restaurant to see how it may be corrected, but because it was delivered via DoorDash, they can't remake and reissue the order ASAP, it was either comped next meal or refund. I opted for the refund. Then I was told that I'd have to contact DoorDash for them to redeliver my order. I contacted DoorDash a d was basically told there's nothing that they can do other than escalate my issue to a higher up, and then wait 24-48 hours for an update. The food that I did receive was good, but it wasn't really what I wanted. Next time I won't order online through their site.
