Zoomizoomi Kids Club — Local services in Torrance

I loved this place last year which was my first visit. Me and my daughter went to celebrate my friend’s girl birthday party. That time everything was clean, sanitized, staff was friendly, greeting customers and i just loved. After that i second time visited , place was dirtier than before, mat was some stains , and one of the costumer had big stroller inside of the playground which made me so disgusted because stroller goes outside on the ground i am sure that stroller’s wheel so dusty and dirty, you know other parents left strollers next to shoe cabinet so i did. Third time visit, few days ago just entered the place the Mexican lady works in front did not greet costumers not only me i have seen others too, she looks so mad, unhappy, looks like she does not like her job. Then restroom was super nasty smells bad, toilet had yellow stain. Toys are not clean. I feel like this place getting worse and worse. Hope that owner hire right person...

This is a great space for a private event! We just had my son’s 3rd birthday here and it was the easiest, most relaxed party I’ve hosted. We got the Zoomerific package which included set up/clean up, decorations (there’s so many options to choose from!), plates, utensils, give away bags and more! We were responsible for the food, cake and bottled/canned drinks (easy peasy). Sheila, the owner, and her staff were simply amazing. They were very attentive, super hygienic, and friendly. This review is long overdue. My son had his second birthday party here in September and it was absolutely amazing. All the kids had such a great time even the older kids were loving the ball pin and basketball hoop. The staff was extremely friendly and so helpful. They met me at my car with a dolly and help me unload they even decorated all the tables and the dessert table. I literally didn’t have to lift one finger !! This place is definitely a hidden gem.
