I BOUGHT A COUCH THIS SUMMER, AND WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT, THE ARM REST WAS BROKEN, AND AT 1ST WHEN I CALLED THE STAFF ( SULTAN) WAS TRYING TO TELL ME THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO BECAUSE ITS BEEN DELIVERED 2 WEEKS PRIOR. I TRIED EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT I LIVED ALONE AND HAVEN'T SAT ON THE COUCH, IT WASN'T UNTIL MY MOM CAME OVER TO VISIT, THAT I REALIZED THAT IT WAS BROKEN, WHEN I THREATENED TO WRITE A REVIEW, THAT WAS WHEN ( SULTAN) SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE TO CHECK IT OUT. I WONT LIE THE WAY THE GUY FIXED THE ARM REST, WAS BETTER THAN WHEN I PURCHASED IT. NOW FAST FORWARD TO 5 MTHS LATER, THE COUCH IS SINKING IN, BECAUSE THERE'S NOT ENOUGH FILLING INSIDE, SO IT LOOKS LIKE I HAVE KIDS JUMPING IN IT( AND I AM A PERSON WHO TAKES CARE OF MY FURNITURE. I CALLED LAST WEEK TO SEE IF THEY COULD SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT THE COUCH, ALSO THE SEATS CANT BE FLIPPED OVER, AND THEY SLIDE OUT EASILY!! THEY SAID THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT SEND ME THE FILLING AND I CAN DO IT MYSELF!!!! LIKE I HAVE A CLUE WHAT I WOULD BE DOING!!! I REGRET EVER GOING THERE!! THEIR FURNITURE ONLY LOOKS GOOD, AND WAY OVER PRICED, AND IF U HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR MERCHANDISE, THEY BASICALLY TURN THEIR BACKS ON YOU!!! MY ADVICE, STICK TO FURNITURE STORES THAT HAS MANY GOOD REVIEWS ( NOT 6, PROBABLY WRITTEN BY PEOPLE THEY KNOW!! I AM ON DISABILITY AND IT TOOK ME A LONG TIME TO SAVE UP $1,200 FOR A COUCH THAT LOOKS LIKE ITS 5 YEARS OLD!!! We recently visited the new opening of this furniture store, and it was an exciting experience for our family! The store layout is modern and inviting, making it easy to explore all the options. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist us without feeling pushy. We appreciated the variety of furniture styles and the quality of the pieces on display. Where should I start?? First of all there are not enough stars ⭐️ to tell you how personable, professional and polite that Sultan was when we went to go look for a living room set. We were not pressured or rushed into anything. I can say, this has been the best experience we have had buying anything! Our furniture and carpet was delivered as promised and the delivery guys were phenomenal!! Let me say, this is the most comfortable sectional I’ve ever sat/layed on.
