Have been using NJ fun services for all our school community events for almost a decade , AS PTO president of a school with over 1300 students, safety is our first concern and has always been the top priority for this company . The equipment is all new and well maintained, the crews working out field days/ carnival events are always well trained and conduct safety checks before each ride goes into use for our students and I cannot stress enough the peace of mind this brings. This allows our staff and PTO members and parents the peace of mind to enjoy the event without worrying . While accidents can of course not always be prevented, even with the utmost safety measures in place , NJ fun services does not cut corners using cheap equipment or untrained or unqualified staff and they always provide our board of Ed with proof of certificates of insurance so we know they are legit! Sorry to read the story of a child getting hurt on mechanical ride, but honestly , having used both the mechanical shark and bull For our elementary , middle and high schools, to suggest that there be any seat belt or straps to secure the child to the ride is unsafe!! That would surely risk neck or hip injuries . Today we had our carnival and it was a blast- the crew arrived on time and set everything up and were ready to go at 8 am, we had 6 inflatables and a huge three game trailer including water guns and prizes, everyone really loved it . The staff was professional and efficient and the day could not have been better. We will continue using NJ Fun services for all our carnival , field day and holiday shop /...
Read moreSo here’s my honest upfront review of this place myself and my family over the summer took the time to drive up to meet with one of the workers/owner to see what they have to offer I have to say they do you have a great selection of stuff to be offered for fundraisers games fundraiser stuff itself a good selection of merchandise to sell at the holiday times but here is my issue once again myself and my family we took a ride up there about an hour and an half to meet and see what The company had to offer we agreed-upon doing the holiday shop for a small school with about 100 kids well two weeks before the holiday shop was supposed to start we received the email stating that we were no longer doing business with them because we are too small the school now mind you we had an agreement months prior to the holiday shop that they were going to help us do our holiday shop at the last minute they left us high and dry.. my suggestion is if your small school do not do business with them the only want to do business with people that have a lot of kids in your school and they want to make you sign BS contracts my suggestion is do a little bit of legwork and there are other companies out there that are willing to bend over Backwards for any size school large or small. Like Metro fundraising Out of Manalapan New Jersey the owner Eric bent over backwards a week before a holiday shop to make sure our school had merchandise for their holiday shop somthanks you Eric At...
Read moreI would never recommend NJ Fun Services to anyone. Their event staff at the festival I attended were absolutely terrible. The customer service was non-existent — employees were rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
What really shocked me were the unsafe practices. Most of the staff were glued to their phones while strapping kids into harnesses and sending them 20 feet into the air on bungee trampolines. That kind of negligence is unacceptable and dangerous. The employees acted like they couldn’t care less about safety, and their attitude toward parents and kids was unfriendly at best and outright rude at worst.
Events like this are supposed to be fun and safe for families, but NJ Fun Services turned it into a stressful and unsafe experience. The lack of professionalism and care for the children’s safety was appalling. If you’re considering them for your event, do yourself a favor and...
