I wish I could give zero stars. I spent over $7K, plus paid extra for white glove delivery, and the service has been a complete nightmare.
After waiting over a week, my order was finally delivered last week. On delivery day, two guys showed up with part of my order (3 sofa set, ottoman, and nightstand) but the entire bed set, dresser, and mirror were missing. The delivery team was polite, apologized, and connected me with customer service, who assured me the missing items would be delivered today, August 19. Since I had just moved into a new home, I didnât want this issue to overshadow our excitement.
But then came delivery attempt #2. The team showed up at 7:52 PM with only a dresser (without the mirror) and a headboardâstill no complete bed set or mattress. Again, the delivery guys apologized, but the customer service rep I spoke with was completely unhelpful, uninterested no clear answers, no apologies, and just kept repeating, âAre you denying the delivery?â Why would I accept just a headboard when I paid for the full set? I also have a small child, and having a heavy headboard leaning against the wall is unsafe. Since weâre sleeping on the floor, I canât even lay it flat.
I refused the partial delivery and expected someone to follow up. Instead, minutes later, I received a text saying my delivery was âcompletedâ and asking me to rate the service. When I called customer service again, the first thing I was asked after giving all my info was, âWhy did you refuse delivery?â At that point, I was boiling inside but kept calm and explained everything. I was then told the rest of my order would now be delivered the following Monday meaning it will take nearly a month to get everything I paid for in full.
Moving is already stressful, and this company has made it so much worse. I deeply regret giving them my hard earned money. Never again. If they fail to deliver all the items this time. I am going to dispute the charges and they are more than welcome to get their stuff back. I am done wasting my valuable time with this...
   Read moreOrdered furniture 3 twin trundle beds to be exact. The crew showed up over an hour late to deliver from my 1 pm to 4 pm delivery time. At the point my person over 18 couldn't be here as they sat at my home from 12pm to 4:30pm waiting with not even a heads up throughout the day that they were running behind. Finally I got a call at 5pm saying they would be at my home in 5 minutes?!? I told them they would have to wait until I got out of work at 5 and home. Now I paid for this white glove service and it was anything but. At 8 O'clock my daughter had softball lessons and these men were still at my home. Missing pieces and upon looking over the one bed it was put together completely wrong so it can't be slept in. Of course it's my girls who share a room and need that bed. Then as the men arrived I let them know all rooms were freshly painted I was assured they would not damage anything again upon looking over the bed out together wrong the whole wall is scratched up and missing paint. GREAT! As a mother of 7 who works full time I don't have time for this. I then wasted hours of my night and following day on the phone for the next 2 days speaking to people all over the world getting the run around. I finally had my mom go into the store and speak to the manager. I am waiting on the refund for the white glove service I clearly didn't receive l. But never any compensation for the inconvenience that I may say I am still dealing with. I am now waiting another week for another bed to be delivered and my girls are sleeping with me. This is not ok I will never do business with Bobs EVER again to tell me my compensation is getting my money back when that is just the right thing to do when I didn't get the service I paid for this is not...
   Read moreFurniture shopping is one of things I dread . And not cheap. I went to about 6 different furniture stores , and one 2 piece sectional was 1700$ . I know big purchases are expensive-, I get it . But if I'm going to spend money I want to love my furniture. The last stop of a crazy Saturday my daughter and I walk into Bob's and immediately overwhelmed on where to start ( between remembering what sofas i liked , where i saw them , the prices etc) . We start walking in and this incredibly sweet woman comes over to us , named Sara . Omg she was a godsend !!! I asked a million questions , told her what I was looking for , what budget I'd be willing to spend . My daughter and I walked around to look at other sectionals . We find Sara sit down again and finally decided on an incredibly beautiful light gray sectional and 8X10 rug !! I was pleasantly surprised for what I spent there for a large sectional and rug was equal to the other stores offering less pieces. I'm so lucky I found Bob's. And Sara !!! Amazing !!! If they rate these reviews she should get 10 stars across the board . She was kind , patient , if I asked a question a se and or third time she never got frustrated. I asked to run numbers for a third time, she did it with a smile on her face. People like Sara is the reason I bought a big ticket item from there . She really was the sole reason I bought anything!!! 10 stars !!! I hope she sees this and her manager!! It was suck...
