Update: After posting my original review, I sent an email to Mischler’s letting them know how unhappy I was and requesting a refund minus the delivery fee. Within two hours ( on a Saturday evening) I got a phone call from Frank Mischler. He was so courteous and apologetic; he explained the issue (newer designer )AND thanked me for giving them candid feedback so they could fix the issue. Furthermore, he gave me a full refund and had a new arrangement sent to my folks on Monday. Customer service like that is so rare these days. To top it all off, a few days later I received a hand written note from Frank as well. I’m just blown away and will absolutely return the next time I need flowers.
Original Post: I’m giving Mischeler’s two stars because the customer service on the phone this morning was excellent: friendly and efficient. Also the flowers were delivered on time for a same-day delivery request. I wish this review would allow me to post the side by side of what I ordered ( the $75 Ombré arrangement) and what was delivered. I was genuinely embarrassed when my mom sent me a picture thanking me for the flowers sent for my parents’ wedding anniversary. I have yet to reach out to the store because I’m still too upset that I paid $95 after tax and delivery for something that terrible.Mostly because there’s no fixing it on a Saturday at 4 pm now. I genuinely would’ve been better off getting a bouquet from the grocery store. At least I would’ve paid a fraction of the cost. I did post my picture of the side by side real life arrangement and what was depicted online to the location if you’re really curious. I wouldn’t recommend Mischler’s to anyone at this point. How...
Read moreGentlemen listen UP! If you are looking to buy a corsage for your lady friend from Mischler's...think again. I ordered a wrist corsage with a (fake) rhinestone bracelet paired with maroon ribbon and white roses. This order was done via phone. The lady was slightly agitated for some unknown reason. The price I asked was different when I went to pick it up. I was expecting 25 dollars no more. The lady told me that the price was $43. I was shocked. The actual corsage probably only cost them $2.50 to make. My mother asked the lady if the price was correct because she was as surprised as I was. Then the lady answered with annoyance in her tone stating yes indeed $43 was correct. Gentlemen already spending a great deal of money taking a lady to prom DO Not and Should NOT have to pay such an outrageous price. On top of that the staff was rude to my own mother which is something nobody should have to deal with. To be fair the corsage was adequate but most certainly not worth $43. There are dozens of other places with fairer prices that I wish I had checked out in advance. Don't let this happen to you. (I just called Wegman's Floral Department the lady was extremely kind and said with in 24hrs you could have an $18 dollar corsage! Wow, that's VERY kind....right...

I sent flowers to someone who was having a down week. I went online and immediately went to Mischler's just because I grew up in Williamsville and that's where you go.
I haven't had flowers delivered locally in probably too long now that I think about it.
Anyway, the arrangement couldn't have been better. It was bright and Spring looking. She loved it and I got big bonus points. I came away very satisfied planning to use Mischler's again when I need to.
Today I received a hand written thank you note from Mr Mischler. It was not a form letter. Hand written with my name and the recipient's name with well wishes.
Who does things like that anymore? I was perfectly happy with the flowers and Mischler's. The follow up note has made me a fan. They do care about their customers!
Kudos to Mischler's and Frank Mischler. Thank you!
This stuff happens when you support local...
