The goods in the store are beautiful, the review is for the “policy” of no exchanges, returns, or refunds. We received duplicate gifts and brought them in to exchange for any number of other items in the store (again, plethora of wonderful items) and were told that they don’t offer exchanges, returns, or refunds.
