This has quickly gone down hill and is almost as bad as the transit location. The last several times they have been out of alot of primary ingredients, the staff mostly seem nice despite the disorganized chaos but the person who appears to be manager at night is off putting and dismissive but does seem like he's atleast trying to keep the line moving fast mabey he should let crew with better people skills have the rolls where they are interacting with custumers. They seem more concerned with filling pick up orders then the actual people waiting in line and like that station gets priority for filling ingredients. I really hope they work out the kinks and figure out how to be prepared for rush hours at obvious times (630p on a Saturday shouldn't be a surprise that you were gonna need meats cooked for a dinner crowd). I hope this gets better and dosnt become as terrible as the other near one it seems like their might be potential but corporate or someone needs to step in and help them figure out how to get it in gear sp they are not running out of things and takeing it out on custumers with...
Read moreWalked in around 9:30 tonight and the employee greeted me with a statement, "no chicken no steak". I said excuse me? Hi how are you, what did you say? "no chicken no steak"... damn, so rude... Ok, I always get chicken... So, I asked what are my options... She points at 2 meats in their tins... I ask what are those meats? She points above her at the sign. Just soooooo rude. I order the carnita burrito.
As we move down the line, I notice it is just disgusting... food is scattered everywhere... Then I notice an employee pouring meat from the back into the tin i just ordered out of. Isn't that cross contamination? Guy standing at the register calls down and asks if i wants chips and a drink. i look down at the food and say, "I'm not sure I want any food from this place."
looking at all of the negative reviews for this location really means... Stay away!!! I would be shocked if Chipotle corporate would approve of how poorly their brand is at this location.

Read moreI’ve been here at least 6 times since they’ve opened and it’s been continuously worse each time. The consistency is always off with the burritos. Today’s order had almost no meat at all and was basically a burrito filled with nice and almost none of my other toppings. The carnitas had no flavor for either of our burritos. (Also can’t believe how gross this location is for not being open that long.) I really wish it was better because it’s so close for me, but unfortunately I can’t go back with this lack of quality. And before anyone brings up the worker shortage - it only takes one person to put time into making food the right way. I could understand that excuse if they were slow, but it’s just not good. I would go back if it were really good and just slow.. but it’s the opposite. Quality matters more than anything...
