Came here Friday evening, April 4, 2025 at about 620. I stood online waiting so I could email them something that they could print up for me. It was two pieces of paper. Two kids working behind the counter. One white kid kinda looked like Richie Cunningham. The other kid? His hair looked like sideshow Bob from The Simpsons. Richie Cunningham is helping some girl in a tiny dress covered with tattoos with her breasts hanging out. Sideshow Bob is sitting behind him playing on his phone. I stand there about five minutes? When sideshow Bob decides to help me. I tell him I want to email him something and print it up. He says to me kind of annoyed? âYou do realize? That weâre not printing anything for you now youâll have to come back some other time and pick it up.â It seems to me? Thatâs if sideshow Bob wouldâve got off his phone five minutes earlier? He couldâve printed by two pieces of paper. They seem to have no problem whatsoever, helping the girl in the low-cut dress who had a pile of papers all over the counter. Because they were printing up whatever she needed right on the spot. Do better staples in Farmingdale. Spend a little more money instead of hiring halfwits who donât care about their job or your business. But on the other hand? Even if you decide to do better? Even if someone does tell sideshow Bob to go get a haircut and stop looking like An unprofessional savage? Either way? I wonât be back in there ever again. Thereâs a one star for you. If youâre reading this review? Theres a dozen other staple locations on Long Island. I would highly recommend utilizing one of those other locations and steering...

After being a Staples business member for the last 15 years I am greatly contemplating moving my business elsewhere after the rude behavior of your Farmingdale store manager.
After simply questioning if the price was accurate at ring up as the shelf tag was $20 less, I was rudely spoken down upon by the âmanagerâ at airport plaza in Farmingdale. ( Manger description: Pink died hair / unable to view name tag ).
She grabbed the merchandise walked back to the shelf, came back to the cashier and stated if he wants to save money there is another version on the shelf. A competent manager would have brought the alternate product back to try and accommodate your customer. Berating your customers is not a successful business model. Everyone has a bad day but that should never be taken out on the people that support your business. There are many companies that sell product â your people either make or break you. Conversely, the cashier went out of her way to try and help during this only to be silenced by your manger. Regarding the product, I was able to buy it elsewhere for ½ the price.

He was working ready hard. Inquiring if i needed help as well with other customers.
He was respectful and helpful. He needed to be acknowledged for his hard work.
Now âA managerâ name Steve with two or more employees were talking in the middle aisle talking and review supplies. But laughing and some on the phone. Curious who is working harder? 2 stars for group
