Ask for Pablo and tell him that Tom sent you. But if he is unavailable, no worries. ANY of the guys in the shop will give you a 5 star cut. My 15 yr old son has had his hair cut by each of the guys and he has always been satisfied.(remarkable because this a teenage boy....they are NEVER satisfied lol)I have recommended to my dad and mom and Gentleman's Parlor took fine care of both. Do you like hot towel shaves? Best in town at Gentlemen's Parlor. And a final important fact-both the staff and the atmosphere are cordial, pleasant, and non-offensive. They play an eclectic mix of background music that crosses multiple genres. Where else can you hear Sinatra, Al Green, and Pitbull in the same playlist? Too often if you want a GOOD cut then you have to go to a shop where the atmosphere and conversation is.....hood and ghetto. Explicit background music, explicit conversation between the barber's, and just an overly urban vibe. (I live in the suburbs to escape all that. I will not have my four children unnecessarily exposed to that street environment.)NOT at Gentlemen's Parlor. There you will find a casual and relaxed vibe. Moms and kids are made to feel welcome. And you get a superb cut and shave. What more do you want?

7/12/21 And just to update- my review mentioned my 15 year old son. The fella is 19 now and STILL prefers the barbers at Gentlemen's Parlor. It's one thing to do something as a minor because you don't have a choice. You go because your parent goes. It's quite another to do something when you CAN do for yourself and don't have to rely on a parent. So, if MY preference doesn't hold much weight, perhaps the preference of my son agreeing with his 47 yr old dad will be added food for thought.

And they are open on Mondays. Closed on Tuesdays. A tad different...

I'm not choosing the same barber at this place again if I go back. he messed up my hair really bad, he left my hair uneven at the back of my head and took off a chunk of hair I told him not to touch at the back of my head and the sides! and the right side he took of a big chunk of hair and it don't match with the left side of my head at all , I have more hair on the left side. I asked for a clean v neckline and to fix the hair at the ears as an arch and if needed small fade at the tips of the sideburns. He even show me a picture and I said what i did and did not want. The idea was to have a clean neckline up to the ears. The part of hair missing more than other parts is...

Extremely clean shop with friendly and inviting staff. Pablo usually does my hair and he always does an excellent job. Prices are very competitive and it's pretty convenient because there is food nearby if you are waiting. I had my car worked on over at Mavis and went to get a haircut it was like two birds with one stone. They have a flat screen in the shop and it feels like a very cool environment the conversations are always thought provoking. Id say if you want a shop where you can just chill and relax...
