If I could give this place zero stars I would. I got there 15 min before closing my daughter wants to try the new summer refresher, no one answering the drive through or phone. The girl was rude and nasty when I finally got her attention and then walked away and ignored us saying we're closed. Explained it's not time to be closed and we have been waiting here for more than 10 min. In the past our orders are never right. Made cheap and it costs a fortune. Would love to know who the manager and district manager of this location is. The staff is RUDE, drinks are always made wrong, i get an attitude when i tell them my drink is wrong. Today i went in because my usual Starbucks wasn’t opened. I absolutely love this Starbucks location! The service is always fast, friendly, and consistent—but what really makes it amazing is the barista, Tyler. He makes the BEST Strawberry Açaí Refreshers with lemonade (no berries, just how I like it). I don’t know how he does it, but they’re always perfectly balanced, icy cold, and super refreshing.
